Long hair makes older women look old. That's my opinion. The angled bob looks good on almost anybody. I've had my hair cut like that a few times. Go easy on the highlights. I have seen so many women looking like skunks by the head lately. Highlights are fine but make sure they blend well and go well with your hair color. Maybe go a couple shades lighters and a couple shades darker for highlights and low lights. For makeup, just don't overdo your face. If you're going to do up your eyes in dark neutrals go with a pale lipcolor. If you're going out and want a deep or vibrant lipcolor go with a neutral eye. Try some layers and bangs. Also no lipstick is good and eyeliner and mascara. If you have lines under your eyes try something to get that away. And maybe try a skin cleaner thats makes your skin look fresh. If you have some bags under your eyes try using concealer. blush and bronzer and toners are nice along with a light eyeshadow.
