Whats the best way to grow curly hair (tips!!)?

I'm a little unsure whether you want straight hair to be curly or if you have curly hair that you want to have grow faster, but here's some thoughts for either scenario.

If your hair is staight, there is no way to make it ';grow'; curly. The texture of your hair is determined by the follicles shape, which cannot be altered. A perm (there are new, no- damage perms that wash out in 20 shampoos available at some salons) or using a curling iron or rollers are the only ways to make your straight hair curl.

If your hair is already curly and you want it to grow longer faster, the soloutions are the same for someone with straight hair (regular trims every 4-6 weeks, limit heat styling, shampoo no more than once every other day, perform daily scalp massages, invest in salon deep treatments, take vitamins, don't smoke, and do not chemically treat (perm or color) at home, see a professional) However, it does take longer to notice growth in very curly hair, as it coils and springs back up. The average rate of hair growth is between 1/4'; and 1/2'; a month.Whats the best way to grow curly hair (tips!!)?
i guess braids aftr a bath and maybe mous it before that am not sure if it work with u but it did with my cousin.. mine is natural so i dont know why u wan a curlly hair it is teiringWhats the best way to grow curly hair (tips!!)?
Get a perm
Use Argon oil (also

called Aragon oil or Moroccan oil) on your hair. I bought

some from my hairdresser and put a small handful several

times a week in my hair. Its like magic. It doesn't leave

your hair oily at all. Just soft, soft, soft, shiny curls.

Gorgeous. I looked for this solution for 20 years!!

Any make up and hair Tips for me?

I'm tanish, with long brown hair, and hazel eyes. I'm going to the salon in a few days and i need to know how to cut it. Also, i need to know how to dress my eyes and cheeks.Any make up and hair Tips for me?
Hii =D x

Well..

Your haircut would have to depend on your personal preference, if you want a change, i would recommend you completely changing your hairstyle. Perhaps gettin it cut shorter, maybe with some short layers and a fringe? If you dont want to go for such a drastic change you can just get a little trim and touch up on any layers or a fringe that you may already have.

As for your eyes, because you have hazel eyes, neutral colours would suit you best. try going for light browns and pale pinks. you could then just add a bit of liquid eyeliner for your top lash, some kohl liner for your waterline(lower lash) and just a touch or mascara for a lovely natural look. On your cheeks, just add a little bit of blusher. Start off from the middle of your cheekbone. Going upwards add a darker shade of blusher and going downwards add a lighter shade of blusher. Blend all of this in together in circular motions and you will look absolutely fab!

Get some nose pore strips and but a nice foundation to make your skin look great. I suggest a powder foundation so you don't end up looking too oily.

  • Thinking about chemically straighting my hair. tips and info pleasae.?

I chemically permed my hair exactly a year ago and its still some what in my hair and im sick of waiting for it to grow out. I have also dyed my hair about 4 months ago and my hair is in pretty good shape. Im thinking of chemically straighting my hair to get rid or the ';wave'; in my hair.Thinking about chemically straighting my hair. tips and info pleasae.?
You really want to be safe with this. Any type of chemicals in your hair can damage your hair and cause breakage if not properly cared for. Some people say to perm your hair every 6-8 weeks, but don't listen to that. Why? Because if you get a perm now, then get another one 6 weeks later, you can damage your hair and scalp. Only perm your hair when you think it NEEDS a perm.

Just be sure to massage your scalp everydat for about 20 minutes (massaging increases oil production and blood flow in your scalp). Don't wash it too often, and don't use to much hair products on it (it will and can weigh down your hair and block the pores).

Good Luck!Thinking about chemically straighting my hair. tips and info pleasae.?
When using the chemical straighteners, just REMEMBER to comb it the way you want it to set. And condition afterward because ur cuticle is still open and ready for conditioning after a color perm or reverse perm.
juss to let u kno u wont get good results the first time around. ur hair will be relaxed not straight, its takes 2 or 3 times to make is really straight,

Does anyone have some good hair tips?

my hairs not horrible it can be better though people share your experiences. What to do wut not to do anything?Does anyone have some good hair tips?
You should print out of a picture of an actor/actress/models with the hair you want and have it cut similar to that at a professional barber shop. Shampoos and conditions your hair often but not daily. Straighten your hair to make it look natural but not really noticeable.Does anyone have some good hair tips?
I'm in the grow out phase because I had a hair stylist do these straightening for me that turned out not to be good for my hair. Plus she gave me horrible advice on how to take care of it. I blame myself because I started hanging out with her socially. She became sloppy after we became friends.

Now I have to saturate my hair with Argan oil (Coconut or Olive will work) and leave it in overnight, wash it out, then deep condition for softness and shine. Plus I use a sulfate-free shampoo.

So my tip is: Don't become friends with you hair stylists. Keep it professional.
To improve your hair you can:

-Use shampoo and conditioning products due to your hair type.

-Use hair treatments that can boost your hair (make it shiny, softer etc)

-Let your hair dry etc naturally. If you prefer to blow dry, straighten or curl, use a heat protection product.

My roots get oily easily but my ends are dry any hair tips?

try using a clarifying shampoo all over and less conditioner, i have the same problems!

Does anyone have some really good hair tips????

My hair is dirty blonde, wavy, and medium length. Any tips?????Does anyone have some really good hair tips????
Why don't you try getting some bed head curl up spray. Lightly mist your hair, scrunch it up a little bit. It doesn't leave your hair crispy just very natural. But it depends on what type of look you are trying to achieve also.Does anyone have some really good hair tips????
Trim it whenever you see any split ends, and rinse your hair with bottled water to make the hair shine.
Pick out some celebrities you like and check out their hairstyles in magazines or on the internet- that will give you some trendy ideas. Try Reese Witherspoone, she always has really great hair.

Also, invest in a hair straightener- going from curly or wavy to straight will give you a totally different look.

You could get some lighter blonde highlights to give your hair more contrast and brighten it up.
    shave it off!
this is going to sound weird but to get beach curls with out going to the beach you get a sray bottle fill up bottle 3 fourths of the way and put a table sppon of salt in. While your hair is wet you dont brush it dry with towel. but make sure your hair is still wet. then spray the water and salt in your hair and let it air dry and you will have beach curls.
    think for the points

Does anyone know any hair tips for curly hair?

i have curly hair and it's really curly.. i dont really like having straight hair i have no money to go to the hair salon every month. Any hair product's that are good for curly hair? %26amp;%26amp; styles i need styles.Does anyone know any hair tips for curly hair?
You should buy TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Leave-In Conditioner.. it's amazing! My hair used to be very frizzy when I used to put gel in it and then blow it dry with a diffuser, but now it is not frizzy at all.... I just put on the Curls Rock, and let it air dry! I recommend it to everyone.

Also, you should get your hair cut in layers, if it isn't already. The shorter layers on the top allow the curl to form better, and it gives the hair a thinner appearance since it isn't all the same length.Does anyone know any hair tips for curly hair?
If your hair is thick and kinky don't go for longer styles as opposed to having softer, bigger curls. Have your stylist use a razor to thin out the hair and add plenty of layers to keep your curls intact throughout your hair. Dont' be afraid of product but go for formulas that say they are non sticky or non stiff. Dove has really great products, but dont' be afraid to spend a few extra bucks at your local Beauty Supply Store. Use a diffuser when drying and hands off! Touching causes frizz.
i like to use herbal essences totally twisted...i use it on mine and it makes it pretty curly but i have wavy/curly hair so idk how it would work on u but good luck
There is a product for natural curl by I. S. O. called ';Bouncy Cream'; It allows the hair to curl without frizzing. It does work I have natural curl myself and use the product daily.

You will have to call the salons in your area and find out who sells I. S. O. Only sold in salons.

    Hope this helps.

I've been a licensed cosmetologist for over thirty years.

Hey, i need some super super cute hair tips for school. also some cute outfit ideas wouldnt be bad (: thank ya?

Well first we need to know about your style and your hair before we can try and help.Hey, i need some super super cute hair tips for school. also some cute outfit ideas wouldnt be bad (: thank ya?
    HAIR :

First - Get layers and side bangs. Get the bangs that like 'swept' or w/e.

Like the ones that cover basically one eye, across the forehead.

KINDAOF like the bangs there, but shorter. http://www.gallery.becomegorgeous.com/ce鈥?/a>

    Layers add alot more volume/body to your hair (;

Everyone looks amazing with them , trust me.

I was kinda nervous, but trust me loks really good.

    Hairstyles.

    - Straight hair with sidebangs %26amp; layers.

Straighteners ( really expensive though) , Con Air steam Straightener 120$

    CHI straighters about 200-250$.

    - Curly hair , down.

    - Curly hair, with bangs up ( use bobby pins %26amp; barretts)

    - Hair pulled back into a bun....you can use a headband too, or not. Expermiment.

    - A half ponytail..like half hair up...then half down ( you can keep the half down..curly or straight.

With the side bangs, will look AMAZING.

Also, hair pulled back into a ponytail ( curly hair) , then just the bangs

With the layers hair is hard to pull back into ponytail %26amp; bun with layers.

Cause it falls down at the sides, so use bobby pins %26amp; barretts.

PLEASE, get the layers %26amp; sidebangs.

Trust me, looks good on everyone..and usually your hair will be like REALLY boring without it.

    CLOTHES :

Skinny jeans (; . Their not like ' emo' or w/e, if thats what people at your school say or whatever.

They come in blue, not just black.

Make sure you try them on when you buy them! Make sure you do that with all of the clothes you get, cause it can look different in the store, then it does on youu!

    Places to shop :

    GARAGE**** [ is a must]!!!!

    Aeropostale.

    Stiches.

    Sirens.

    American Eagle.

    Blue Notes.

    Aritaz.

    Billa Bong.

To school i usually wear , skinny jeans..with a hoody ( zip up or pull over). And with a t- shirt, or tank top ( you can get tank tops for 5$ !! at Garage. Everyone wears them..just make sure thats not what you wear everyday! Change it up!. Like, sometimes i wear...a white tank top, then a blue one. Make sure you pull down the tank top a bit..at the chest..so you can see the white %26amp; blue.

If you know what i mean.

Oh another good place for hoodies is sport check or w/e

Go to like a big mall near youu , if you cant find these places.

    And browse through clothes there.

Hope i helped (:Hey, i need some super super cute hair tips for school. also some cute outfit ideas wouldnt be bad (: thank ya?
Oka ignore the skinny jeans part...not every one can pull those off. They just dont flatter everyone lol find something that looks good on you. Everyone has different jeans they look best in. :] but scarfs make a pretty accessory

  • Hair tips for really frizzy thick poofy hair?

I am a brunette with really frizzy and thick hair a few inches past my shoulders. It's not straight, so it sucks when I have to straighten it because it takes long and im too lazy to do it and its also not curly so it doesn't scrunch good. Any hair tips? I would really like some long beachy waves you see on celebrities. But it gets frizzy if I don't straighten it...especially in the summer. If you have any ideas of what I can do with my hair because I always end of putting it up in a messy bun when its hot and i dont have time to straighten it. I have frizz control stuff but it never seems to work and my mom doesnt want to buy anythinng, so homemade recipe stuff that i can use around my house is would be nice. thank you!!Hair tips for really frizzy thick poofy hair?
hmmm.... i recommend starightening it with some type of methods before this because my hair is medium lenght and flat-flat-flat....its super straight so i cant help you with trying to straighten it but i can help you to achieve those celeb waves you want..... k what i do is i boil 2 cups of water with one chopped up orange and one teaspoon of orange juice concentrate, boil until the water is about half-2/3rds gone (depending on how sticky you want it) when its done, spray onto almost dry hair...not damp tho...and then blow dry using a diffuser and srunch up your hair a bit. i found that this worked wonders on my hair, o ya and spray it on upside down for tons of volume.Hair tips for really frizzy thick poofy hair?
my hair is like yours.hun you should atleast straighten some. you will never get the look you want if you don't buy the things needed!!! you need those things like the ';uncontrolable hair'; shampoos and conditioners you need that stuff! or else it will just be frizzzyy forever. soo try those stuff because i know SOMETHING has too work!!! and it depends what straightener you have. i have a CHI and i use products and it helps alot!!
get this product it lasts 3 months and it works wonders!

    http://blogs.chron.com/shopgirl/archives鈥?/a>

you can find it at any pharmacy store

    hope it helps! good luck!
Purchase a Chi Flat iron. They are expensive at about $150 bucks but it is well worth it. The iron heats up within seconds and cuts the actual straighting time in half. I also reccommend the Chi Iron Guard spray. You will be amazed.
me too i have blonde hair though

the only homemade thing i have ever tried was an egg thing and it kinda made it frizzier

the shampoo i use is herbal essence dangerously straight and the conditioner works too

its pretty cheap too and you can get it anywhere
garnier sleek and shine, anti frizz serum, anti frizz styling cream.

    here are some other products.....

    Healthy Hair statistics:

A healthy head counts up to 100,000 individual hairs.

90% of these hairs are growing. The remaining hair is in transitional or resting phase.

Daily, between 80 and 100 old hairs are shed.

What to do for a Healthy Hair? Tips::

Brush your hair before washing it. This way you'll remove any dirt from your hair.

Massage your scalp gently massage will boost your circulation.

Shampoo. Nobody can tell you how often you have to shampoo your hair. When you feel your hair is dirty, wash it gentle, with a shampoo that works on your hair. Read the page about how to choose the right shampoo for more.

    Always Moisturize your hair

Rinse Best way to rinse your hair is by using vinegar, if possible apple vinegar. Rinsing helps your hair shine.

Water Try to use mildly cold water. Finish, if possible, with cold water, this will close the cuticles.

Drying your hair Let your hair dry naturally. Squeeze the water, and then use a towel to blot your hair. This way you'll have a moisturized, healthy hair.

Hairbrush Do not use a hairbrush until your hair is dry; the wet hair can be easily damaged. Avoid plastic hairbrushes; hair will probably end up in knots

Season, age, sex, food %26amp; drink, tobacco, all have a big influence on hair growth. Have a healthy life and you'll have a healthy hair, too

Hair styling Try to avoid curling irons and hair-dryers to prevent hair damage. Also, avoid heat and prolonged exposure to sunlight

For specific tips, read the Hair Tips pages.

What do we know about Hair?

Hair grows in cycles. For each hair cycle there are three phases

Growth Phase: - When the cells at the scalp start multiply rapidly, a new hair start to growth. Those cells, together with keratin and other proteins form the hair.

Transitional Phase: there is a period of 2-3 weeks after the growth of the hair stops.

Resting Phase: - usually lasts 2-3 months, when the hair follicle rests. At the end of this phase the older hair is shed, and a new cycle begin.

    What causes Hair Loss?

Androgenic Alopecia is the most common cause for hair loss. This include heredity, hormone problems and age.

Stress Has been shown that stress play an important part in hair loss, especially in women's hair loss. Women with important jobs are more affected, and stress added by hair loss do nothing then to make the condition even worse.

Age - A common hair loss cause is aging, which is a normal condition.

Medical condition - hair loss can occur due to different medical condition.

Hair Loss: What can be done?

Act from the beginning! The sooner you'll identify the problem, the best it can be treated.

Usually, professional advise is required. You may choose between hair loss cosmetical treatments and hair loss medical treatments
Try to use a mild shampoo every alternative day %26amp; dont forget to use a good conditioner.......If you have money so on weekends instead of conditioner use beer or wine.....trust me it really works

    Drink lot of water.....
apply lot of milk every once in a week, also amla n shikakai will work.

see wat u eat in ur meals, have a lot of protein n vitamine

zyada tension lene se bhi baal thin ho jate hain, isiliye be bindass n tension free
Soak dry amlas in water in an earthen pot at night. Strain the water through a fine muslin cloth in the morning and wash your hair everyday for a month; You will see the change.
check this out you will find your solution

    http://freewebs.com/beautytip
Shampoo and condition everyday. Use product for volume. Be sure to rinse all shampoo from hair very well before applying conditioner. Stay away from styling tools as much as possible. Curling irons and flat irons get very hot and can and do damage hair. Fine, dry hair is very fragile. When you brush start at the bottom and work toward the scalp to remove tangles.
dont worry i too had the same problem......then my mother solved it .

according to me take some parachute oil in a bowl %26amp; add some lemon juice in it and boil it lightly %26amp; then apply it on your hair nicely, keep it for half an hour and then wash your hair .do it continuosly for some days.it will surely work.
don't shampoo ur hair everyday. at most 3 times a week. and a conditioner everyday to avoid split end, and makes ur hair smooth and won't be frizzy. use loose combs and apply a little cuticle coat to make it shiny and glossy. :)

I use lemon juice sometimes when I want it lighter.

Does anyone have any hair tips for me bacause i have thin hair?

My hair is very thin and i just wondered if anyone has any useful tips to create volume or just to make it look fuller? thanx xDoes anyone have any hair tips for me bacause i have thin hair?
my hair is super thin too. i got it cut in layers and now it looks and feels a little fuller. i also use volumizer creams a sprays. now it looks great. all of my friends compliment me on it. so im sure itll look totally good.Does anyone have any hair tips for me bacause i have thin hair?
I use a volumizing mouse and I flip my hair over and blowdry my hair. Also if you plan on straightening your hair don't start at the roots...it makes it all flat all over again. start around the middle of your hair of the end.
I have thin hair too. I use Nioxin. They have different products. I also use Redken Hair Thickening Lotion. I use this before I dry my hair. Just a pea size. After I dry my hair, I use Kenra Thermal Spray on the roots of my hair. WOW volume. And then a little hair spray. I use Vavoom hair sparay. I hope this helps. also blow dry hair upside down. Good Luck
For volume try using Big Sexy Hair's Blow it Up volumizer. But I think this one may be called Short sexy hair. anywho, it is called blow it up. it works really well.
I agree with Shelly, blow drying your hair upside down is a great way to create volume. Also, layers are good too. But hairspray (any kind) and mousse can become your best friends. My hair is thin/fine too, so I'll tell you what I do:

After you get out of the shower, put a quarter size amount of mousse in your hands and rub it into the hair, concentrating on the scalp and working to the ends( if you worked from the ends up, you'd give your hair weight, not volume). Next, keeping your head upside down blow dry it. Once it's completely dry, spritz the roots with hairspray and (if you have layers) seperate the layers and spray a touch of hairspray into each section. Flip your hair up, scrunch with fingers and you're done.
I layer my hair cause it looks a lot fuller. I like short layers on the crown.

How to get rid of dry hair tips?

the hair near the scalp (about 8 inches) are ';very good hair'; but past that, the rest of my 3 inches of hair is dry and flaky.

and trims don't work! although i don't get trims monthly, every time i DO get a trim, the dry part only moves up and i can NEVER get rid of that.

    suggestions please?

the rest of my hair is fine, just the tips of it can never get conditionedHow to get rid of dry hair tips?
Three things: Aussia Conditioner, Hair Serum (J-Life Mirror shine is the best) and baby oil (baby oil gel is better).

Put baby oil on your dry ends, leave for 30 minutes and then rinse really well. Don't put on too much, just enough so your hair will glissen when you hold it up to the light. Don't leave it on for more than 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend olive oil because it smells kinda like you hair has been deep fat fried and can actually make your hair look dull and greasy.

Then put aussi conditioner (3 minute miracle) all over your dry hair and leave it in for 5 minutes. Wash it out gently and you'll instantly feel the difference.

After you dry your hair, rub some serum in your hands and smooth it over the dry ends. Start with a small amount and then build it up if you need more. The good thing about serums like J-Life are that you can straighten, curl or blowdry your hair once you've put the serum on and it stays glossy. Voila! Shiny, smooth hair! How to get rid of dry hair tips?
I tried olive oil on the hair a month ago and the shine was lovely.

Put olive oil on the ends for about an hour and then rinse off.

Other then that, Dove color care conditioner is amazing, so is the hair mask.
    olive oil sooooo works
put conditioner in the ends when you wash your hair

my friend puts the jelly vaseline on the ends of her hair before she goes to bed-but im not sure how much that actualy works :S
u have combination hair where the roots are fine, but the ends are very dry. Use a moisturing conditioner on teh tips of ur hair, and dont shampoo the ends that often as this will only make them drier. get a deep clensing mask that will lift impurities out of the hair. Stay out of the sun, and wear a swim cap when u go swiimming!

I love natural hair. Some times I want a straight look. I am using bodiphier.www.freshlookhair is the website. It鈥檚 a natural relaxer that鈥檚 made out on vitamins, minerals, water, and etc.. I love it because it doesn鈥檛 burn, and no chemicals is added. It鈥檚 self neutralize. I can scratch my hair the same day and not worry about burns. It鈥檚 super soft. It doesn鈥檛 break the bonds in your hair. It causes your hair to straighten by 85% which allows you to keep your natural hair texture. You can wear your natural hair because bodiphier loosens the bonds in your hair instead of breaking them like traditional perms and relaxers. Say goodbye to split ends because my hair is healthy. If I want to wear a straight look, just blow dry and press your hair. It鈥檚 very silky when you go for the straight look. It will not frizz up in humidity. Chemically straightening your hair tips and advice?

i have an appoitment to get my hair chemically straightened, and i know it causes damage but what are some ways to help the damage, like and hair reciped tips or advice? anything that will help

thanks:)Chemically straightening your hair tips and advice?
If you blow dry, or even if you don't.. An amaaaaaazing product is Sebastian (%26lt;----brand) Potion number 9. You spread it through your hair before you blow dry especially on the ends. It doesn't make your hair gresay at all and it keeps it smooth and healthy, prevents split ends and even smooths down split ends you may already have. See if they sell it at the salon you're going to. Chemically straightening your hair tips and advice?
i got mine chemically straightend. OMG they did a terrible job and burned my head.

but if u are gonna get it done, I reccomend not combing ur hair that day and not washing it a week prior to when u are getting done. only because ur scalp needs oils to protect it from the chemicals burning it. Make sure the place u go to are professionals and have done it plenty of times.
if you have colored your hair it will change the color of your hair.

I had it chemically straighten and it really dries it out. I guess any kind of leave in conditioner would be good.

Does any body have any hair Tips?

    HI guys,

I was wondering if anyone had any hair tips for me??? I have very fine hair and want to grow it. If anyone has some tips for general health of hair and growth tips. Does any body have any hair Tips?
    HAIRCARE TIPS

Some people think........My hair just won't grow........or ';My hair will only grow to a certain length. Unless there is a medical problem your hair IS growing! Here are some ways that we stress our hair out:

    1. Thinking we have bad hair in the first place

    2. Ripping through our hair with the comb instead of gently combing the hair.

    3. Overprocessing our hair by overlapping previously Dyed or chemically treated hair.

    4. Applying too much heat to chemically relaxed hair, permed or dyed hair or burning the hair when we blow dry or flat iron it.

    5. Braiding or flat twisting the hair tooo tight!

6.Clogging the pores with too much petroleum based product and/or other products

7.Underestimating the value of clean hair and layering too many

styling products on our hair, and leaving them on too long.

For example: some of us will apply liberal amounts of hair oil, cream

moisturizers, gels, sprits and oil sheen throughout the course of a

week. It is o.k. to use these products but just be careful about

    buildup.

    8. Not protecting the hair at night

    9. Last but not least........you should buy......products for fine hair....one in particular is Biolage......I've tried it and it's fantastic.

    10. Try a Hair, Skin %26amp; Nail formula.....named Vitol........and also try the supplement Biotin.. Biotin make your hair stronger and thicker......for more information......come to Creativehairillusions.

Does any body have any hair Tips?
i can't say i relate, [my hair is very thick] but i have a lot of friends with fine, thin hair. long thin hair looks really good, but if your hair is too thin, you might want shoulder length-ish [to prevent it from looking stringy]. if you do want to grow it out, make sure it's really healthy - wash every other day and if your hair is really dry or frizzy [or if it's highlighted or colored] use a leave-in conditioner. get it trimmed every month or six weeks, and always use heat protection when blowdrying or straightening/curling it, or your hair will damage and it will be really slow in growing.

    hope i helped! =]
Health: Use a deep conditioner once a week like Aussie 3 Minute Miracle

    Hair Growth: Get a trim

    drink lots of water

    eat your veggies

Use a hot oil treatment like Vo5's

Hair tips? How should I style it? I don't know how to do my hair!?

My hair is wavy at the ends. I let it air dry every night in a pony tail because if I let it loose it frizzes even more! I used to straighten it every morning but I hear it is extremely damaging. I have no clue how to dry my hair the right way or just how to style it in general. Do I use gel? Continue straightening it? I would really appreciate any suggestions with details please. Thanks in advance =]Hair tips? How should I style it? I don't know how to do my hair!?
I've been straightening my hair since I was thirteen, and my hair is just the same as it was then. Im 23 now and my hair is super healthy and smooth and shiny and not damaged at all.

Get Herbal Essence Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner to make your hair really nice and not so dried out.

Then when your is towel dried put in the products: Garnier Fructis Sleek %26amp; Shine anti humidity smoothing Milk

    and

Got2B Crazy Sleek hot smooth flat iron and blow dry lotion.

It would aslo work if you didn't put it in a pony tail because that usually makes mine worse, and blow drying it helps a little too for me and most of my clients.Hair tips? How should I style it? I don't know how to do my hair!?
In the morning you can spray a heat protection spray on your hair to protect it from the straightener's heat. Straightening your hair every day isn't good, try to do it every other day.

Also, you could try to braid your hair while its wet and in the morning it will be wavy. It shouldn't be frizzy either because it has been tyed up all night.

There are also a lot of anti-frizz products out there that you can get at a drug store or Walmart. Good Luck! :]
Best way is to towel dry it first really well, then air dry ( NOT in a pony tail). Even though it may be frizzy, this is the best for your hair. Tying it in a ponytail can cause breakage in your hair. Just use a taming serum when it's damp. And you can try using gel if you want, but it usually just makes your hair hard as it flattens the frizz. Do not continue straightening as it will just damage your hair even more.

Hair tips? how do I make it look movie star beautiful?

I have light brown hair that is shoulder length

what should I do to it to make it look amazing?Hair tips? how do I make it look movie star beautiful?
Use a fat round brush and dry it under a few sections at a time, then when it's 90% dry flip the brush and dry the very ends towards the front in the opposite direction so that it swings when you turn your head.Hair tips? how do I make it look movie star beautiful?
If it's just shoulder length maybe you would want to try getting it layered, or if you don't want that you could get a side fringe, or just a fringe and maybe a little of highlights and/or lowlights in your hair to make it really movie-star glamourous i suggest a dark blonde sorta colour or a brunette would really do it for u! Good luck

real easy leave in conditioner.i use nexus. and as you can see by my picture i bleach my hair. i have the friz issue as well . the leave in conditioner works great to help get rid of it but still use you straightener

never ever do what the first person suggested about using hand lotion. it is not meant for hair and cause a lot of damage because of the chemical balance of it.My hair is frizzy and unmanagable i need new hair tips.please help!?
I am guessing since you said it's frizzy unless you straighten it that you have curly hair.Is it bushy too. First stop damaging it with a blow dryer or hot iron. Check with a really good hair stylist about a proper cut. I have mine layered so that it bushes less. After you wash it you may want to add a dab of gel and work it throughout your hair. Then let it dry naturally. If you have really curly hair, then no brushing. Get a spray bottle a spritz with water to reshape. You need to experiment to find the best product for the frizzys.Body Shop at home makes a wonderful product. You can find them online. Good Luck
i would call come local salons and ask if they do something called a milkshake. they usuall cost somewhere from 10-20 dollars. im not exactly sure if thats what they are called but i get one every 3 weeks and it keeps my hair from being so frizzy.
You should try to put some curling gel in it, it makes it looks curly/wavy.

    :)
When it's frizzy, take a little tiny bit of hand lotion and smooth it over where it's frizzy. It works =) If you use too much it will make your hair greasy just use a tiny dab =)
you can also put some mousse and hairspray it should make it less frizzy. but not to much hairspray!

How to get/keep healthy hair? Tips please?

I want my hair to be as healthy as possible, i do straighten it about once a week, i'd like to stop all together but i have thick curly hair and i don't like it much. Anyways, what can i do to make sure my thick, curly hair is as healthy as possible? How to get/keep healthy hair? Tips please?
Eat tomatoes and drink milk. When taking a shower, your last rinse should be done with cool water-or cold. Olive oil-leave in for about 10-15 min. Then take a lukewarm shower, making sure its all washed out. Or... you could use leave on conditioning cream like 'Garnier Fruicties'. It protects against UV rays. How to get/keep healthy hair? Tips please?
Make sure you have a heat protectant spray that you are using every time you straighten your hair.

Go to Wal-Mart and buy a bottle of Coconut Oil. Put a VERY small amount mostly at the ends of your hair after you shower to help keep it healthy. Just don't put too much or your hair will be oily

How can i make my hair tips (ends) looks healthy and smooth ?

i cut my hair from a week a short cut with alote of layers so when i make it at home i found the ends straight in a dry look however i putt serum before doing my hair.. note: i use ';CHI'; line hair products. How can i make my hair tips (ends) looks healthy and smooth ?
You need to put a blowdry lotion in before you blow dry my favorite is S factor it's by TIGI to help protest your hair from the heat, smooth the frizz and add shine. Only put a small amount in after its towel dried then dry your hair with a blow dryer till its 80% dry then go in with a round brush and section out small sections from bottom to top. When it's dry go back in with a pea sized amount of the product again to smooth out the ends you dont need it in your root unless you have flyaway hair. good luckHow can i make my hair tips (ends) looks healthy and smooth ?
i use chi products also.. they smell soo good!! hum what i would do if it still looks dry at the tips then i suggest cutting it a little more the tips because you might have split ends or idk.. and then if still nothing apply the chi oil thing ppl use to iron hair on the tips and it wont look dry at all it'll look shiny but dont put the oil on the roots of ur head!! because then it'll look like you never washed ur hair and it looks oily so just the tips =)
get it cut to sort out the ends or tigi sells a good product called ego boost it is a split end mender, we all no that the only way to mend split ends is to get them cut off but the help protected in between u should b usin this trust me inm a hairdresser !!
trim them!! and use a deepcondition on the ends.

why don't you try the products of ';L'Oreal Professionnel'; ? there's a shampoo and a serum that are especially for colored hair to keep it health and to keep the color as well, but i'm afraid you can't find this product in the supermarkets, but you can find it where they sell professional products in your country.

By the way if you feel that your hair is totally unhealthy you can use the shampoo for weak hair from the same product.
You should try leave in conditioners and serums. there are many you can use and you dont have to actually buy expensive ones to have a healthy looking hair. every month or so, you should get a trim...just like one or two centemeters. You won't cut allof your hair, but that will maintainit looking nice. and regarding your high lights, well tha tcolor is really nice. i had that color done to my hair last year and i used jhon freida brilliant brunnet shampoo to maintain my high lights and it actually made them look alot better!!! also i blow dry my hair, but i trim my hair every 2 or 3 months but the itzy, bitti tips because i dont want to get split ends or anything. also, well try the serums, they help and there are of all sorts! i would recoment pantene, or zero frizz....then if you want soemthing of a brand product, try paul michel products or loreal products. i say they all work the same, it jut depends on how much are you willing to spend....also, AFTER you color your hair ALWAYS get a little trim, so that way it wont drybecause of all the chemicals, specially if you have thin hair!!!!

Do you think a brunette looks right with blonde hair tips?

like my hair is naturally brown but i wanadye the bottom half blonde... will that look right?Do you think a brunette looks right with blonde hair tips?

Another thing that's in right now is dying the top layer a bright blonde color and leaving the brown underneath. Just a fun suggestion, I've thought about doing it with mine.

Does anyone have any good healthy hair tips for me?Any healthy hair tips please?
    Hiya :)

Yeah, I have a few. Hope they help and hear they are!

    1) Deep condition your hair at least once a week. I personally think that the 'Aussi' brand is the best. Heres the link:

    http://www.aussiehaircare.co.uk/products鈥?/a>

    2) Eating a healthy diet helps keep hair in tip-top shape.

    3) Putting less heat on your hair will stop it becoming brittle. So lay off the straighteners.Any healthy hair tips please?
Don't shampoo and conditioner your hair to much, this will affect it. It is normal for hair to become unhealthy and damaged during the winter due to being in the cold and then entering the warm. Try using a lot of conditioner and maybe even get a leave in one. Lay off the straightners and hair drying. If possible leave hair dry naturally and then if needed straighten as it's not twice the amount of heat given on it.
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. I have dark brown hair and blue eyes, make up and hair tips?

dark brown hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, any make up tips? and any cute hair styles i should try?I have dark brown hair and blue eyes, make up and hair tips?
brown eyeliner at top of your eye lids and in a little underneath really brings out the blue eyes , also keep your hair dark dark hair and dark features really complements blue eyes.

If you want to wear a little heaver makeup There are some colors that seem to be made for blue eyes. Icy pinks, silver, gold and violet all come to mind. You can expand your selection by also choosing taupe, gray, and other purples, like lavender.

If you want to add a little ';oomph'; to your makeup, try a bright blue instead. I know, I know. You've always heard bad things about blue eyeshadow. However, these makeup tips for blue eyes include bright blue eyeshadow because it will make your eyes really stand out. Try it and see what you think.

Also try turquoise, and if your eyes have green in them, mint green is a great choice. Bright pinks and fuchsia are great choices as well. And if you really want to mix it up, try mixing black with another color. It will look striking and it usually best for nightwear.

Hope this helps !I have dark brown hair and blue eyes, make up and hair tips?
I have dark brown hair and bright bright blue eyes. I stick to white, or shimmery, sometimes even blue or tan/gold eye shadows. My skin isn't really tan so for my facial tones I use Cliniques ';Beige'; super-fit makeup. A cheaper brand though is Cover Girls Whipped beige. It sells for like 8.00 at walmart. It keeps my skin clear too.

I usually add a hint of bronzer by taking the makeup brush like a 3. If you look closely at the number 3 you will see that your forehead would be at the top of the number your cheek in the middle and your chin at the bottom, if you take the brush starting at the top and figure 3 it then you will get even tone. Add a touch of eyeliner on the bottom of the eyelid only and some cute shiny lipgloss to match your outfit.
    Can you post a pic?

Brown shadow on blue eyes brings out the blue. Sometimes I shake it up with brown liner and blue frost on my lid. Cute only if you are young. Sometimes I do plum on my lids. I like it and it looks good. I have your same features.

I have sort of an oval face. I wear long hair and bangs, but I also have some light feathering around my face. Sometimes I blend it into my hair and wear it straight. Sometimes I blow it back or curl it back.
Oh My god I have Dark Brown hair and blue eyes as well..LOL

Ehmm Well i Always Use Black/Purple Eyeliner brings Out My eyes

And Most Eyeshadows work except browns greens or oranges which isnt that bad unless you love those colors

You can Find make up tips in all magazines..

And as far as hair styles go it depends on your body size, hair length and style of your hair!
Stick to pink and gold tones, they'll bring out your eye colour and flatter your skin.
Brown eye shadow really brings out blue eyes never wear blue!

Curly hair tips and grow hair faster?

hiii I use to have really curly hair and it was pretty but I hated it so straightened it and got perms.

Now my curly hair is growing back, and I'm going to keep it like this, I just hate waiting, so is there any way to make it grow faster?

If not thanks anyways, I'll just wait a few more months xD lol

and when its fully grown again, what are some good tips of taking care of it?Curly hair tips and grow hair faster?
So,You know now that perms are a bad idea. but you had curls and straightened it to get a perm? Work on your self-esteem. Curls are better

Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month.

I wash my hair, towel dry it until it stops running down my back and leave it alone,

1/2 hour later I have a cotton ball on my head, fluff it with my fingers and don't think about it the rest of the day. But i'm a man with hair about 3'; long.Use a brush, not a comb.

Satin pillow cases protect curlsCurly hair tips and grow hair faster?
My best piece of advice for curly hair:

Get a spiral perm and invest in the Ouidad system!

To make it grow out, use coconut oil (order it online so it's especially for hair) or olive oil and drench dry hair in it. Put a shower cap on, take a really warm shower and let the water run over the shower cap. (The steam makes the mouisturizing oils soak into your hair.) Then take off the cap and comb out your hair under the water. Shampoo just your scalp and massage your fingers into your scalp, then condition with a thick, rich conditioner. Take a multivitamin like One-A-Days Teen Advantage for her, and a Biotin supplement... you want 2,500 micrograms of Biotin every day. Check GNC, CVS, Walmart, etc for a good supplement. Biotin is the key protein you need for strong healthy hair. Good luck. :)
Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or

luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.

for longe hair u should applie hibiscus flower u should do paste n applie to the hair keep it for 2 hours n wash it with sheekakai then u will have longe hair in short time
take prenatal pills, vitamins, or drink milk if ok with your parents.
    Women's formula multivitamins
Well there's nothing that really makes hair grow faster, but taking care of your hair prevents breakage and will help it grow some what more quickly. You can use satin pillow case to prevent damage to your hair at night, use metal free hair elastics, and braid it loosely before going to bed. Don't wash your hair more than every other day, and always condition it after washing (I like aussie's three minute miracle conditioner) Don't heat style your hair if you can help it. Avoid using styling products that contain alcohol. Don't brush your hair more than necessary. Use a wide tooth comb when its wet. Never yank on tangles instead gently separate them with your fingers.

Taking pregnancy multi-vitamins and eating enough protein can also help. Sometimes birth control can speed hair growth (if its a dual hormone pill). Also make sure to drink enough water.
    Hi,

for long hair, U must go from NATURAL way. don't use any chemical products. use natural alovera
Natural Herbal Home Remedy - Healthy %26amp; Glowing Hair

Extract the juice of the aloe-vera plant and rub it into your scalp. This ensures the healthy growth of hair.

For glowing hair, grind a few whole green grams, lemon peels, a handful of curry leaves and a few “rithas” to a paste and apply to the hair before washing off.
u have to use musdard oil with half lemon juice.leave it 4 15-20 min then take shower.i have long hair %26amp;soft.like kareena in marjaani(billubarber) please try it. i take the gurantee.
Best way to grow faster hair growth is specialised hair supplements that work from within and provide fortified hair nutrition. Ordinary nutritional supplements won't help; you need to go for special ones that are dedicated for hair. Go for natural, good quality ones like Segals Advanced Hair Supplement, now available in India. It's absolutely free from chemicals and delivers excellent results. Nothing else will help you as much. If you could combine with their special hair tonics-to be applied on the scalp for penetration into the root to make hair-roots stronger, it would be phenomenal.

Just study the strength of Segals Solutions Program. This will definitely be a final full stop for all your hair issues.
there are some medications that you can take that will make hair grow faster. the problem is, it makes all other hair grow faster so you would have to shave a lot. idk if its otc or if u need dr prescrip, but i think its otc.

Just make sure you take care of your hair and trim the ends when they fry, it will make your hair more healthy and much longer in the long run. fish oil is also good for healthy hair. make sure you use a good conditioner and a heat protectant if you style your hair.

or you could try clip in extensions. expensive, but reusable and easy to do!
Gently massage the scalp to stimulate the hair follicles and to enhance the growth of hair.

Take adequate rest. It makes the growth of hair fast.

    Eat a healthy diet.
well you just have to keep it really healthy

try and shampoo less often...i know i do it every day but every other day would be better for it.

use less heat such as blow dryers, straighteners, curling irons

don't dye it often because that is damaging

eating healthy can also promote hair growth as well as drinking plenty of water

other than that just wait :)

Hair tips-will this really work? Hair experts or experienced ppl plz?=]?

MY friend sais that to reduce frizz and help shine, you should comb alot of olive oil into your hair and leave it for 30 min.- then rinse with cold water. Will it help? Wat will it do? Thx!Hair tips-will this really work? Hair experts or experienced ppl plz?=]?
If you have REALLY dry hair that might work but if you dont and u just have a few flyaways, it'll turn your head into a big grease ball. Just comb a light little bit in your hair for about 10 minutes, 30 is just gonna make your hair excessively oily. If that isnt enough time try going to 20 minutes. If you want a product that will do the same for you, Chi Silk Infusion is excellent. Put a little bit into your damp hair and let it dry naturally or blow dry it. Then if you want, u can put a little bit on the ends of your dry hair before you flat iron them, if you do. Either by blow drying or flat ironing, the heat will help penetrait the silk proteins into your hair and fight damage and frizz. Or if you are more on a budget, John Frieda Frizz Serum works just as good, for a little cheaper. Hope this helps :)Hair tips-will this really work? Hair experts or experienced ppl plz?=]?
yes maam I do hair and I still swear by it! Also, mix some Olive Oil mayo and eggs into a mask put on your hair, cover with a warm towel or plastic bag and sit on there for thirsy mins.BUT that will only help with shine and a little frzz I always suggest to my clients to rinse with cold water no matter what cond. they are using because it helps lock in the cond. I also suggest silicon based gloss to my clients because its the only thing PROVEN to really really beat friz, just dont use to much and look greasy

Hair tips - How can I style my hair >.<?

    Right..

I want my hair like this:

    http://www.hji.co.uk/hjimages/images/qhs鈥?/a>

But do you know any tips on how I could actually style it like that all the time? i.e. the spikes and such?

please help xHair tips - How can I style my hair %26gt;.%26lt;?
Firstly, if you don't have the proper style, take that picture to a salon and get it cut and styled professionally

After you shower, apply root-pumper to your root layers (I use Catwalk Root Boost) and blow dry your hair upside down while shimmying your fingers through. Straighten it out and use Short Sexy Hair Wax and a little hairspray. Don't use too much wax, though, or it'll weigh your hair down and make it look greasy; only apply slightly to the tips with your fingers for that 'spiked' look. You can even lightly tease some of the pieces or layers to keep the style in shape.Hair tips - How can I style my hair %26gt;.%26lt;?
That cut would be very good on the right face. So first, make sure it works for you. Second, you will need to have it cut that style, then talk to the salon about how to style it. Be prepared to use a lot of heat (hair dryer and flat iron), and gel or pomade, and probably some hairspray. Despite how it looks, it's not going to be a wash and go style, so be prepared to spend time on it every morning. Also realize there will be a training period before it looks the way you want.
    Hey(:

I would say that you with need a hair straightner, some gel/mousse %26amp; some hairspray.

Straighten all of your hair, and then get some gel/mousse and spike it up at the back, pulling at little strands and then spray all over with hairspray to hold the style in place(:

    goodluck(;

    -dee鈽?br>

    xxx
Firstly, get it styled at the hair salon.

Straighten it everytime you come out of the shower, and blowdry it every day

Put jell on it so it's spiky

Put hairspray to make it stay for the whole day.

    I hope I helped!
well you would need to cut it quite short and then if you dont have already straight hair straighten it. then some gel or mousse would get you the spikes
    Ew. Seriously?
actually you just need a similar haircut, that's all,
blow dry your hair when you get out of the shower., and get some texturizing gel.
use a flat iron to straighten it

then use styling gel to create spikes texture
Why would u want it like that
    shave it!

What should i do my hair it is short brown mediam wavy and puffy so like i dont have any hair tips!!!!?

Thick wavy hair...curly sexy hair line is very good, also Paul Mitchell roundtrip is a good styling product for thick wavy hair. When you get it thinned does the stylist know not to go to close to your scalp a lot of stylists don't know that because it will make you have even puffier hair. It actually gives you volume that you don't need. Use a good curling shampoo/conditioner also curly sexy hair line is very good. What should i do my hair it is short brown mediam wavy and puffy so like i dont have any hair tips!!!!?

Does anyone know any really good curly hair tips that i could do at home???

i have curly hairy dont get me wrong-- i LOVE it but i just cant handle it any tips you would like 2 share with me???Does anyone know any really good curly hair tips that i could do at home???
    Yes! Very easy to manage!

There are just two ingredients you need to ensure at the very outset - the right hair cut, and the type of care that your curly hair really, really needs to retain its style.

Curly hair is completely different from straight hair. Its structure is different and its needs are different.

Curly hair demands a different approach.

    It begs for understanding.

And curly hair is very forgiving. Maybe you've abused it all these years, trying to mould it into styles it was never meant to resemble.

But the moment you decide to meet your curly hair half way, it rewards you with head-turning, breath-taking, beautiful hair styles.

Like Bryn's curly hair style, pictured here. Bryn's a Canadian girl who kindly submitted her own curly hair photo for display on our site.

Curly hair styles that look wonderful are the natural result of combining those two essential ingredients - the curly hair cut, and the curly hair care.

One ingredient is out of your hands, quite literally, and that's the cutting.

You can't cut your own curly hair.

    It's not recommended, anyway.

But you can certainly choose who does cut your hair, and the choice you make is the key to your future success with curly hair styles.

A stylist who understands and respects your curls, and who also knows how to cut your hair in ways that flatter your face, is like gold.

Find a stylist who can handle curly hair and you're half way home.

    That's the first ingredient.

The second ingredient for beautiful curly hair styles is well within your control, and that's the way you look after your curly hair.

That doesn't mean you have to adopt some onerous routine, either, like brushing your hair a hundred times every night. Don't brush! It's fatal for curly hair! And don't comb it either. Throw all that stuff away!

Taking care of your curly hair is more a matter of lifestyle and understanding.

It's no harder to maintain curly hair than it is to manage other hair types. In fact, once you get your curly hair right it can actually be much, much easier.

    As Rachel, pictured here, says of her curly hair care routine: ';I just wash and condition it with lush products which don't contain chemicals, brush out the knots, scrunch it then leave it to dry.';

Rachel's from England and, like Bryn, has kindly submitted her own curly hair photo for us to display. Read more of what Rachel has to say in the Blog.

And the styles you can achieve will blow your mind.

It's worth the effort and understanding. The proof is in the pictures.

If it's pictures of curly hair styles you're looking for you've certainly come to the right place.

We've even got a page of silly hair styles. But that's just for fun.

The links on our menu bar will take you straight to our free pictures of short, long, medium and natural curly hair styles.

And wavy hair styles, which are really just curly styles in disguise.

And pictures like these gorgeous curly hair style photos submitted by Kristine.

Originally from the Philippines, Kristine now lives in Florida. To see more curly hair pictures of Kristine, check out the Blog.

With all these curly hair pictures to choose from, chances are good that you'll find some ideas for styles that will not only suit you, but have heads turning as you pass.

i have curly hair and i love it.

i use pantene pro v curl shampoo and conditioner.

while the conditioner is in, comb thru your hair. this helps your hair not frizz up.

then when i get out of the shower i put stuff called INFUSION in my hair. next i shake my hair to get the liquid thru all my hair.

i next use PAUL MITCHELL MEDUIM STYLE LOTION in and shake it again.

there is no frizz and your hair doesnt look wet.

it look great and it only takes about 3 minutes at the most.
i have curly hair as well. Some things that i do to my hair to make it look good are...

put it in a messy bun while its damp. Leave it up for about an hour then take it down. I have no idea how it works, but it does lol.

Also, my hairstylist told me once to twist your hair in sections while it wet to create perfect ringlets.

Or last but not least braid your hair while its wet at night, and take it out in the morning. It still gives your hair volume and nice waves, buts its not overwhelming!

Frutics long and strong shampoo %26amp; conditioner is great for all types of hair and to give extra protection %26amp; moisture try Olive Oil Nourishing Sheen Spray daily and a deep oil treatment weekly 鈥?use regular olive oil, plastic shower cap, leave on for 30+ min and shampoo鈥?

Follow general rules for healthy hair.

    Treat it nicely.

With ponytails, don鈥檛 pull tight and always use the non-metal kind鈥?keep metal clips, barrettes, etc. out of your hair.My Hair has recently started to break, does anyone know any anti-break hair tips for African American hair?
Im african american/italian american (bi-racial) and my hairtype is really similar to African americans, my curls are really tight and my hair use to break alot so i can relate. I suggest cutting the split ends of your hair so it doesnt break anymore. Hair starts thinning and starts to break because of split ends thats why you need to trim your ends every few months. Alot of black people dont because there hair is already short but you need to know that this is very important. The most important thing to care for inorder to make your hair grow long is the ends. I suggest using frutics anti-breakage solution and using a shampoo like frutics long and strong. So you get the propper nutrients to make your hair grow long. Since your hair is starting to break cut the split ends and wear your hair in extenstions till your hair grows back. Your hair will go back to its natural state or even better over time. Wear it in extentions or braids but makesure its protected in whatever style you have it in to prevent future breakage. I did this with my hair like 6 years ago, it started to break so i trimmed the ends, I used frutics put it in braids for like a year. 2 years later my hair was healthy and sholder length I still kept putting extensions in for like 2 years. Once it was past sholders i didnt need braids and it was much easier to manage i still trimed my ends and use the long and strong shampoo. I use a daily leave in conditioner and i let it natural. I just texuturize it now so my curls are looser and not so tight. So when its texturised its sholder length and when i straighten it reaches all the way down my back.My Hair has recently started to break, does anyone know any anti-break hair tips for African American hair?

I wanted to make my hair grow fast last year cause I wanted a longer style, so I looked online for something to help me. I eventually ended up at the website www.howtogrowhairfast.com.

So I bought the guide (which didn't cost much), and the techniques and recipes worked like a miracle!!! I was so surprised at how fast my hair started growing. It was awesome. So if you got a couple bucks to spare, I say you mind as well check out that guide. I'm glad I did. It was the best purchase I ever made. :) Other people have recommended it as well.Anyone know any really good hair tips to make your hair gow-jiss?
you should pick up some hair treatment stuff. i dont know what you call it but it's like conditioner but more concentrated. all you do is put it on your hair and let it soak for a while then wash it out. it makes your hair super soft and shiny and i'm almost certain you could find it very inexpensivley. also be sure to get your hair trimmed once in a while even if you are growing out because it will make your ends much healthier looking. you can also buy shine sprays at most drugstores.

    hope i helped =)
Well, my hair is down to my butt so I know what I am talking about. There are products that make hair moist. I think you should use a moistener shampoo. Also try washing you hair every other day. Hair needs natural oils to keep it nice.

Hey does anybody have some hair tips for me? im african american and i need to know how to properly?

take care of my hair. i get it relaxed. i really want my hair to grow but its never gotten past my shoulders:( thanks!Hey does anybody have some hair tips for me? im african american and i need to know how to properly?
This is what I teach my African American models about hair care. It is okay to use a relaxer. However, try to avoid over using curling irons and blow dryers. These heat items will damage your hair way worse than other type hair because your hair in naturally dry. Keep you hair moisturized at all times. try using a daily cream. Also at night, sleep with a satin pillow case. this will allow your hair to glide over your case versus your hair getting caught and snatched on a cotton pillow case. Good luck to you!Hey does anybody have some hair tips for me? im african american and i need to know how to properly?
Everybody had some good tips. I use a satin hair bonnet or scarf... depending on what I've done to my hair instead of using a pillowcase (wild sleeper so I'm not on the pillow half the time anyway!) and I don't use the blow dryer to dry my hair. I wash, deep condition, oil, and pull it back loosely. The next day (yes, the next day) I will take the blow dryer to it to straighten it out some and then curl or flat iron it. I have to do it in two days because my hair is EXTREMELY thick and takes a long time to dry. I have always had long and healthy hair, it's a pain, but it's worth it.

    * Don't forget your regular trims!
    everything you need to know

    www.growafrohairlong.com
getting you hair trimmed or cut has nothing to do with making your hair grow quicker. it is nutrition, washing the hair frequently which adds mositure and since it is not growing past the shoulders, you may want to wear it in an updo for a while or in braids until it grows longer. sometimes it could be friction from touching your shoulders or coat collars that can break it off. make sure you use good conditioners and humectants. make sure that you wrap your hair at night in a silk or satin scarf or bonnet pplus use a satin pillow case. but i would say moisture mositure mositure. afro hair natural or relaxed needs moisture
try straiting it and getting it trimmed so it will grow out faster
    Crimp it.
YOU HAVE WASH YOUR HAIR A LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND CONDITION TOO. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE NOW AND MY HAIR IN DOWN MY BACK BECAUSE I SHAMPOO AND CONDITION IT ONCE A WEEK AND FLAT IRON AND WRAP IT EVERY NIGHT. GOOD LUCK WITH IT.

Does anyone know extremely cute hair tips for back to school that are wasy to do too?

You can do the half up half down thing. Where you take your hair in the front and pin it back with a clip in the back. (If your hair is straight) You can curly it in the morning. (If your hair is straight and like mine and doesn't hold curls) You can buy a scrunching gel to put in it in the morning. Also you can take a shower the night before and while your hair is wet put a bunch of braids in it and take it out in the morning. If your hair is curly you can straighten it but dont do it more than 3 times a week because heat can really damaged your hair. and same goes for the curling iron. You can put it into a side pony tail, up pony tail or a low pony tail. LOW LOOSE pigtails. Two braids down the side that arent to tight always look cute. You can put two head bands on at a time. You can make a poof on the top of your head by taking the front of your hair, pulling it back and pushing it forwards a little bit to make a puff, and secure with a clip. And thats all i can think of right now. Hope i helped! :o]Does anyone know extremely cute hair tips for back to school that are wasy to do too?

Then add one tablespoon of vinegar

Apply mixture to hair and cover with plastic cap on your hair

wait 30 minutes then shampoo well.Does anyone have great hair tips?
Well Josie,I'll give you all I have to give, get the dead ends trimmed off your hair at least every 8 weeks, eat as healthy as you can because nutrition plays a huge role in our hair.I take Biotin,Omega fish oil capsule and a good vitamin B complex in addition to eating healthy.Don't wash your hair every day because it's good to let the natural oil build a little on your scalp.Use only a wide toothed comb on your hair because a brush can cause 23% more damage to your hair and a lot of people aren't aware of this.If you blow dry your hair let it get to the point where it's damp them blow dry your hair.95% of the commercial shampoos on the market have an ingredient in them called sulfate, this is a detergent it will cause hair loss,Loreal makes a sulfate shampoo that they have out now.A good at home treatment for your hair is use olive oil, apply it and leave it on for ten minutes and then rinse it out.Hope this helps you out,Tomb Raider.

Tresemme Flawless Curls Mousse and scrunching hair tips. Help?

I have medium length black naturally straight hair. I really want to try scrunching it, but I think I've been doing it wrong. I've looked at tips online, and a lot of people seem to rely on Tresemme Flawless Curls Mousse, and I'm planning on trying it. Does it work for you? I really want bouncy curls.

Basically, tips and products that work great for scrunching hair. Please be specific. =)Tresemme Flawless Curls Mousse and scrunching hair tips. Help?
    i have naturally curly hair

and i use sprunch by aussie to keep my hair nice and curly

and its not just for curly hair

because the first time i ever straightened my hair i hated it and wanted it curly before i went to school. so i sprayed in the spunch. actually sprunched my hair with my fingers and by the time i got to school i had my natural curl back

my suggestions would be if you use this product to do it when your hair is nearly dry but still a little damp. it hold away the frizz :)Tresemme Flawless Curls Mousse and scrunching hair tips. Help?
the way I do my curls is:

I take a shower @ night let my hair get a little dry (you don't want it soaking wet)

    Then apply the tresemme

put it up in a high preppy bunn.

when you wake up take down the bunn and you might need to put very little amount of water in your hands and it will look natural and it's bounce and curly and simply beautifull!!

good luck I hope this hepled you out.

if you have wavvy hair and want it completley straight her are some tips:

*use sunsilk 'straighten up shampoo %26amp;conditioner'; or anyother sraighenig shampoo/conditioner

    *dry hair complely

*then put all hair in pony on top of head letting small sections down each time and use a hair straightener to straighten your hair

*eventually all of your hair will be completly straightened and look very cute!!!
a Straightener and you can go and get you hair thinned out if it is unmanageable

What are some hair tips i can use to retain length in african american relaxed hair?

Try some of those tips they glue on to the end of pool cues. What are some hair tips i can use to retain length in african american relaxed hair?
Keep it healthy and moisturized which DOES NOT INCLUDE-putting any type of grease on it. Get a trim when needed to avoid split ends. Avoid heat as much as possible because heat is very damaging to hair and will cause breakage to happen quicker.....or just dont relax your hair. You probably know this but a relaxer has many chemicals in it which will dry out and fry your hair.

Will somebody show me some pics of side bangs and tell me some hair tips about bangs?

i really need help i want to get side bangs for my haircut so what do i doWill somebody show me some pics of side bangs and tell me some hair tips about bangs?
move about more than half of your bangs to one side, cut them at a downward angle.

blow dry them straight with a round brush, and straighten them to the side.

if you have trouble keeping them to the side, hairspray the roots %26amp; bobby pin them over while getting ready, and eventually it should become easier %26amp; easier for them to stay parted on the sideWill somebody show me some pics of side bangs and tell me some hair tips about bangs?
The picture in the other comment is a perfect example of side bangs.

I have them, and they are great.

No matter if I wear my hair straight, wavy, curly, up or down, I always straighten them.

When they are straight they look better, and are more noticable.

When they are wavy or curly they blend in with the rest of your hair.
