Where can I find good hair tips?

I'm the one on the left,It's about down to my shoulders,maybe a litttle past


I would REALLY love to have long curls like pixie acia off of the new LA ink show.


Does anybody have tips on how I can make it curl but kind of like wavy curls,not really tight ones?


I'd also like it to have more body,


my hair's not quite long enough yet,but I'm also having trouble with it growing out longer without splitting so advice on that would be nice too.
