Does any body have any hair Tips?

HI guys,

I was wondering if anyone had any hair tips for me??? I have very fine hair and want to grow it. If anyone has some tips for general health of hair and growth tips. Does any body have any hair Tips?
HAIRCARE TIPS

Some people think........My hair just won't grow........or ';My hair will only grow to a certain length. Unless there is a medical problem your hair IS growing! Here are some ways that we stress our hair out:

1. Thinking we have bad hair in the first place

2. Ripping through our hair with the comb instead of gently combing the hair.

3. Overprocessing our hair by overlapping previously Dyed or chemically treated hair.

4. Applying too much heat to chemically relaxed hair, permed or dyed hair or burning the hair when we blow dry or flat iron it.

5. Braiding or flat twisting the hair tooo tight!

6.Clogging the pores with too much petroleum based product and/or other products

7.Underestimating the value of clean hair and layering too many

styling products on our hair, and leaving them on too long.

For example: some of us will apply liberal amounts of hair oil, cream

moisturizers, gels, sprits and oil sheen throughout the course of a

week. It is o.k. to use these products but just be careful about

buildup.

8. Not protecting the hair at night

9. Last but not least........you should buy......products for fine hair....one in particular is Biolage......I've tried it and it's fantastic.

10. Try a Hair, Skin %26amp; Nail formula.....named Vitol........and also try the supplement Biotin.. Biotin make your hair stronger and thicker......for more information......come to Creativehairillusions.

i can't say i relate, [my hair is very thick] but i have a lot of friends with fine, thin hair. long thin hair looks really good, but if your hair is too thin, you might want shoulder length-ish [to prevent it from looking stringy]. if you do want to grow it out, make sure it's really healthy - wash every other day and if your hair is really dry or frizzy [or if it's highlighted or colored] use a leave-in conditioner. get it trimmed every month or six weeks, and always use heat protection when blowdrying or straightening/curling it, or your hair will damage and it will be really slow in growing.

hope i helped! =]
