So im dying my hair but only the tips and i want to stay in my zone with the colors. I know its about skin color also because it needs to go well with my skin.

i guess it depends on how light your trying to go with the light brown. i say go for it, but be care full you don't go too light and get blonde. blonde doest really work well with darker girls (like you and myself) but goo for it girrrl! :)
don't listen to kristin it dosen't depend on yuor face looks. anybody can do it. but i think it depends on how dark you are cause the lightness might not look right on very very very very dark skin people
