Please I'm 144 pounds, and I need to look cute for school.How Do I Get Skinny In 3 Months Also B4 I Go To School What Should I Look Like?MAKE UP AND HAIR TIPS?
Exercise every single day for 30 minutes. A jog around the block, followed by 100 crunches, 100 squats and 5 jumping jacks should do the trick. lol





I did that before going into grade 8 and I felt great going into school! I lost weight the first month and the second gained weight from the muscle I gained.





Remember to eat 5 mini meals a day. :)

to get skinny eat healthy and exercise a lot and there are certain stretches that help you get a flat stomach if that's what you want too...





and before school IT'S BEST TO NOT PUT MAKEUP ON AT ALL OR JUST PUT A LITTLE because too much makeup will make you look scary and much older. also, DON'T PUT MAKEUP ACCORDING TO YOUR OUTFIT, ALWAYS PUT MAKEUP ACCORDING TO YOUR FACE!!!!! I once knew this girl she was wearing a purple outfit and so obviously, she put on purple eyeshadow and she looked horrible when she wore purple on her face so always put makeup according to our face.....





and for hairstyling, do the hair that is most comfortable and most like you. the last thing you want is to go to school in this crazy random hairstyle that makes you dizzy and then you faint because your so dizzy. Just do the hair style that you think is cute and comfortable and the most like you.
Okie, this is what i do to lose 5-10 lbs real quick. I still eat sweets such as brownies but only like a bite size only, I eat more green stuff than meat, I eat a bowl of rice for every 3 meals of the day with it. Most of all, I jog every single day.





1 hr jog every week = lose 4.5-5 lbs in about a month


30 minutes of jog everyday or every 3 or 4 times a week = lose about 3-4 lbs in a month





But more than hour is what I always do, sometimes 2 to 3 hours and a half. If it's everyday or at least twice or three times a week then you're still good.





2-3.5 hrs of jog a week or once or twice a week you do this = lose about 5.5 lbs a month





As long as every week you really do run for an hour or more. you will definitely lose about 5 lbs a month (^.^)\/





I was 118 lbs last April and then I was so mad at myself I ran and jogged every 7am following these schedules I gave you and by the end of May my weight went down to 108 lbs. Still went down to 104 in the middle of June (^.^)\/ so I know for sure it works.

drink lots of water (this helps you loose weight and also clears your skin)


ride an exercise bike/run/walk every day for 45 minutes


eat healthy and right portions


no ice cream, chips, cookies ect.)


as for makeup tips, boys like you for yourself not your eyeliner


less is always more

Well, without knowing your age and height, it's hard to know what an appropriate weight is for you.





If you do decide you want to lose some weight, you should try for 1-2 pounds a week. You don't want to be losing more than that per week. If you have 3 months... then a realistic goal for you is 12-24 pounds of weight loss. Start eating a healthy diet and moving more. This could be as simple as walking everyday for 30 minutes. There are also many sources on the internet that can give you estimates on how many calories a particular exercise burns. You might also look into Bodybugg... I've been having success with it. It provides calorie tracking and also tracks how many calories you are burning. As for food, shoot for whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lean meats, and low fat dairy.





As for makeup and hair. Try out Youtube. There are lots of video for specific hairstyle instructions as well as makeup instruction on there.

144 isn't fat or even really chubby. be comfy with yourself. A confident girl is the most attractive. I'm 220 and 5'7'; and get lots of guys, have lots of friends and I'm pretty happy. buy fitted clothes, neutrals for fall, with bold accents. I'm a big fan of the red shoe or handbag. it adds a nice ';pop.'; your hair should fit your face type, so look into that. make-up, don't do overboard a good eyeliner and gloss can work wonders.
Exercise, drink allot of water, take vitamins, drink crystal light, eat healthy, don't eat after 6:00 and lemon juice and green tea help boost your metabolism but 10 percent.





Don't eat Ramen Noodles the guy below me is ******* nuts, soup like that has tons of sodium which bloats you!
less crabs, more protein.


talk to a nutrionist.


look however you want to look? dont fall in to societies trap of superfical beauty.


make up keep its simple fresh and natural. mosturize, concealor,mineral foundation, good black mascara creme blush and lip gloss your set!

if your 5 feet 6 inches or more that is a healthy weight for you. but if you really hate your weight or are shorter then that then just, eat healthy and run for four hours a day. but dont kill yourself! take it gradule! (i know i spelt it wrong)
switch to healtier foods and smaller portions.





also try youtube for cool air and makeup tutorials. trust me i find the best stuff and the easy to follow videos on youtube.
I'm skinny, but used to have sort of a belly.


Eat at least a packet of raman noodles a day


Then exercise


It helps trust me i have a six pack now and I only do 20 situps a day ;)
Exercise and eat right.
