Do you mean 'hair extensions' rather than 'hair tips'? I've never heard them referred to as hair tips before.
You should be able to get them at most places like Boots - but shop around, especially if you're on a tight budget.Anyone got any hair tips for my wedding i would like half up half down but no good at styling my own hair?
I completely understand about the tight budget but I would say scrimp on something else other than your hair!
Things like the food, the wine, the venue, transport... These things are not going to be noticed as much if its not completely 100% perfect!
All your photos which last a lifetime will have you and your hair in them so I say get these right!! The last thing you want to do is look back on your photos and think ';What was I thinking';
Good Luck

well i wouldn't want to give bad advice to ruin your big day! =)
but i'm ok with hair ... maybe you could upload a picture of yourself so i can analyse your hair and stuff :)
but my best advice for half and half would be to use a fine tooth comb . . to get the parting exact that is your basis :)
... next would be the curls? .... are you looking for both halves curled or just bottom or what ?
i will add to my answer but i need to know :)
i have something pictured which would look beautiful :)
..
It's you special day you should go to a beauty salon and get it done there. But also tell them what you want, you should watch some shows about fashion, hair and things they always have good advice.
